A contemporary landscape designed to complement a modern home above Hoonhay Valley Reserve, balancing clean architectural lines with the raw beauty of the Port Hills. The palette draws on rustic, natural materials, corten steel, timber sleepers, and locally sourced boulders, softened by layered plantings of tussock and native scrambling groundcovers. The result is a resilient, low-maintenance landscape that feels grounded in its environment while enhancing the home’s modern form.
